Once in a while something stands out, a moment to be captured and it always amazes me when it happens. It’s almost not me taking a photo, but it’s the landscape giving permission to shine through my lens. I can always feel it, when I click, even before looking at the image itself when such a thing has happened. I’m honored you have shared it with you google+ followers. Thank you! Again. 🙂
p.s.If this is of any inspiration to you for landscape photography, give time to profoundly sense the land first, the feel and atmosphere of it, what does it want to reveal to you, if anything, and first then take a photo. See what happens. It might not be the way for you, each their own way. Just a thought.
Thank you!
I had a car for 6 days while in Iceland this summer, drove around the whole ‘island’. This place, although it looks remote, is not far from the road. No long hikes required for this one 🙂
I’m happy you think so, thank you much. I go with the one that in one way or the other gives me some kind of reaction, however subtle, when I look through them.
Sometimes, rarely though, words come first and a photo pops into my minds eye.
Yes, it’s South called Fjallsárlón. Close to road 1.

Beautiful. You do know how to pick out a photo, don’t you? Is this on the south coast?
