I love the light and the mist and the blackness of this photo. I never would have guessed this was the Cliffs of Moher; I’m programmed to think of them as green since I saw them that way in person, but this view is much better! (Keep an eye out for my Doolin rocks … they are coming soon!)
It’s along the path (although I strayed a bit, as I do 🙂 ) from Doolin to the Cliffs of Moher, half way possibly, so not quite Moher this part. And your memory is correct, it is very green there. B&W just called out better what I wished to express with this one.
Will definitely keep an eye out!
What a magical shot…so lovely with all the mist! I can almost see some ancient priestess calling it in to protect the people inland…from an invasion foreign ships.
There is something that stirs our souls in a primordial way when we witness the ocean colliding into cliffs, eroding its strata inch by inch. Its an immortal place…a place of power; that we be here long after we are gone. Love. ❤ ❤ ❤
