Did I mention my photography art got a mention in The New York Times last Autumn 2025?

It did. Along with my humble little abode nestled in the Burren mountains; Hanne’s Cottage

In May 2025 I received an email from journalist from The New York Times, Warren Berger. He was working on an article and book in regards to artists living in the Burren and being inspired by the Burren and asked if I would be interested in being among the artists for this.

Warren Berger also booked in for a few nights accommodation to get the real experience and worked on his article and his upcoming book on said theme and what he calls ‘Creative Caves’. My shed with an amazing view over the Burren, became his creative cave during his stay. The article was published in October 2025. The book is on its way and will among many things, hold insights from various artists living and creating in the Burren, including this one writing these words.
