There is simplicity to be revealed in letting go. There is breath. There is listening. There is allowing. There is the currents of life carrying you to what is not yet known. There is a met in the simplicity of being. There is rest. There is trembling. There is fear. There is grief. There is darkness. There is light.

And there is free.
