Trees. Beautiful quiet presences. Shy canopies sharing harmoniously the space with all life; a resting and a nesting place for migrating and overwintering birds alike, fresh air to breathe, shade on a hot summer’s day and timeless whispers of winds. Patiently growing towards the light without missing a raindrop or a robin’s song along its journey. Mastering the art of being and of letting go. If we were to ask the trees how they do it, they would say and think nothing of it and simply stay peacefully rooted in being. Connected simplicity.

I am reworking older (and new) photographs into a slightly different monochrome-ish style. Photographs of trees and plants, seas and shores and the Burren from a variety of angles. These are all ready available as museum quality archival print size 21cm x 15 cm in a frame specifically made for this; sustainable oak and with art-glass.
