It’s a beautiful, impressive photo … but I’m kind of cringing at the thought of the feel of it! (So you have really succeeded at capturing that snail slime idea!)
Interestingly, I didn’t even think of the slime but more so of the symbolism of a little creature moving through the world in its own thorough way… and climbing upwards like this, it reminded me of a seahorse! ๐
I agree! And it is visually and symbolically appealing! I’m just not a small creature lover, and that little flange of flesh on his left just reminded me of how these little guys ooze and stick to things like that (beautiful) slender reed. Haha – I’m digging myself in deeper here; suffice it to say it’s a lovely photo and the visceral reaction I had to it is a good thing!
I’m happy you had a reaction to it and see it as a good thing. And to be honest, like you, I am not a small creature lover either, this was a surprising positive exception. ๐
Nice Capture!

Thank you, Neha. I like watching snails, living their lives in a wonderful slow pace ๐

Beautiful. I like the way it extends itself up up up.

Thank you, Guy. Me too, it looks quite graceful, not exactly what I usually would relate to a snail ๐
