P, that is a truly beautiful comment, thank you much! It does feel like that to me sometimes, that I’m painting with my camera, without actually being aware of it, until you wrote it here. I love b&w but there are days where I feel a strong urge to play with more colors and some photos to even turn them into what looks like a painting with strong, almost psychedelic colors. Working on some of those at the moment. Always a balance though, to perhaps go off limit, yet still, hopefully pay the photo some justice. Will be looking forward to see what you come up with with your pastels ๐
Wow, even more amazing colors. The little Campanula is one of my favorite flowers – I think it’s found in many places around the world. But the combination of the flower’s color and the sky, with the rusty hills in between – pure pleasure! ๐
๐ I knoooooowww, no complaints on this end for being a devil as long as I stay lucky too! I hope you get to get out in the wilderness soon, I know it’s a place and space that speaks deeply to you.
